It feels smooth but not a silky finish. But very good whiteness / thickness for everyday or document printing. Would recommend

Can you write on this paper with an ink filled fountain pen without the ink bleeding?

Hi, yes no problem at all. I use a couple of fountains pens and 2 or 3 different inks. No bleeding at all that I can see. The paper is also pretty dense, so there isn't much show through to the other paper side either.
