However, Bella is surprisingly honored for her kind heart and bravery after she was recognized for deep diving into a rescue without any hesitation.I can totally relate to the storyline as I am a healthcare professional. Having a heart in giving back, it comes naturally when it’s a passion. Bella definitely has a passion in helping others.

I saw this book on Amazon while browsing for a new book for my daughter. We are from MD, so automatically we love blue crabs and are addicted to the old bay seasoning.When the book arrived, I read it to my daughter. Every night since then it’s been her go to book. She loves how Bella is so helpful and the big festival.I liked the book because it relates to MD and the Chesapeake Bay. Awesome book!!! It’s a must read. Especially for the little ones.

Bella the Blue Crab is the perfect children's book. Her story teaches life lessons about personal responsibility, friendship, service and compassion. The illustrations are fun, bright, and engaging. Love that there are so many tributes to Maryland. The Maryland shores, iconic businesses and city skyline are all featured! I bought numerous copies for gifts in addition to the one for our family, and after seeing the copy I gave her granddaughter, a librarian wanted one for her school!
