Do these ear buds plugs plyg into my droid type c and will be able to listen to music or do i need blue tooth adapter?

Well----if you look at the picture of the headphones---there is a Type-C plug-in at the opposite end (hint: the side that is NOT YELLOW). It definitely looks like it plugs into the Type-C port. But, when you buy the Wireless Bluetooth headphones, they have two small barrels to hold transmitters/electronics inside. That is why these are Type-C wired/hybrid C-Port Plugphones

If the wire to one side of the plugs pulls apart or gets cut, will the other side still work?

Only if you cut the left one, if you cut the right one neither one will work

What diameter are the drivers?

If the company does not know what you mean by diameter of the drivers, it is obvious that you need to look elsewhere for these.
