These little hair gummies not only taste amazing but actually WORK when it comes to helping my hair grow + strengthen my strands! After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to try them out and they have not disappointed me! I take them in addition to a Multi-Vitamin every day, fish oil for heart health, a digestive enzyme and I'm good to go! I'm a Personal Trainer so I'm a huge advocate for supplementing with vitamins and I'm so happy I got these. I've noticed a difference in my hair finally growing for first time in 10 years and my faith has been restored that my hair would never grow out again. I have bleached and colored my hair so many times back in high school and experimented with every color under the sun so my hair was extremely damaged from that. It has been almost ten years and my hair just hasn't been able to grow past my shoulders. I'm addition to taking these gummies every day, I have stopped blow drying my hair constantly, have used hot tools on it very rarely and have been using the OGX Strength+Lengthen Air Dry Cream each night after I wash my hair and all of that has worked wonders! I’ve been using these for the past few months and it’s amazing. They taste great and have all of the vitamins you need to maintain strong hair. Just take a couple per day and you’re set! So easy.

I am pleasantly surprised with the results!! It’s only been a month but I have genuinely noticed hair growth (aka my roots have suddenly become super obvious) and my brows are filling in nicely. I have never had trouble with thin hair or sparse brows, but I color my hair blonde, have occasional temper tantrums while brushing and/or styling my hair, etc., and this has helped maintain my hair and brows. I don’t think my hair is stronger or shinier per se but it definitely seems like it’s growing. Also, the taste isn’t bad!! I take two at night and never have an issue (stomach wise). The four star rating is due to packaging and price - they could’ve definitely fit four jars instead of three in the package.

1) taste - literally taste like candy, may have once (or twice!) eaten more than the suggested serving of 2 gummies2) effectiveness - nails used to be so brittle and break off easily, they are so strong now and grow fast; am on the third or fourth bottle, and my hair definitely seems to be growing faster than normal! not sure about thickness, though3) value - you get about a month's worth of gummies in this bottle, in my opinion it's worth it for the results i've been gettingto anyone thinking about trying it out, i would say test it out for about three months before deciding to toss. after the 3 month mark is really where you start to see results. yes that's $75 but if you're really looking for healthy and longer nails and hair then it is worth it.also note - i did break out from this, as a lot of people do with biotin. i just made sure to incorporate anti-acne products in my routine (specifically neutrogena oil-free acne control) which has helped me a lot.

I have used this Hum hair strong gummies for several months and it worked great and the taste of the gummies were good . My hair felt thicker and grew longer. However,They have since changed the taste of the gummies and I find them disgusting. They are so nasty it almost turns my stomach. If you can handle the taste , then great! I however, could not and therefore opted for the capsules instead.

I’ve tried hair growth vitamins and lotions in the past but they’ve either made me feel sick or I wouldn’t stick to them because they were gloppy and made my scalp look oily. My niece, who has thin hair like mine, recommended these so I thought what the heck, I’ll try them. I was pretty shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw little baby hairs at my forehead hairline. It has taken about 2 bottles to get to this point but I had to stop taking them for 2 weeks because I was having blood drawn and biotin can skew the results of one of my tests. So I knew I’d be starting back at square one pretty much. I take two gummies every morning because the B12 tends to give me more energy than I’d want at night. A plus is that they taste great!! I just ordered two more bottles and plan to stick with this. I’m 60 and my hair has gotten so thin that I can see into my scalp in the front so I’m hoping these will correct that, at least to some degree. My hair is also growing super fast and that’s probably due to these. Wish they’d make my eyelashes grow!
