Would this fan cool a projector in a wooden cabinet with a glass front

I'd suggest it would work best if you placed the fan at the back of the cabinet where there are either existing holes (for cable access) or you can drill a few holes to increase ventilation (without impacting aesthetics or structural rigidity). If the fan was sitting at the front, by the glass, it would help a bit but then end up displaxing the heat from the projector into something close to a sealed environment. Also, it's not exactly ugly, but if you want to retain a sleek look, placing the fan at the rear - leaving the trailing lead with the slim power switch accessible - makes for a better look.

I’m not sure , would depend on the size of the incubator, and the quality of the bearings in the fan. You may need to use more than one depending on the volume of air needed to circulate. Not sure about the quality to leave it on 24hrs.

can you unplug the fan from the cable?

Far as I remember there is a small plug at one end to plug into your computer but the other end is sealed on to the fan. I ended up wire it up to a 12 volt transformer with an online switch from amazon I had a cooling problem on an amp tuner. Its pretty powerful fan well made speed adjuster I didn't use
