This works great! Provides clear drinking water and removes discoloration and cloudiness. Very happy with this!I used email to receive help with filters, I worked with Andrew and he was fantastic! The company sent me an MRO filterand that seems to clear up my problem with high TDS. The water is clear and tastes great!

Our building has hard water issues and old pipes, it took some convincing but the family agreement fell on this filter system. The water tastes great and it got my husband to finally drink water (we’ve had the fridge filters and the ones which you attach to the sink tap- couldn’t convince my husband to drink as much from those). The pets prefer the water from this filter system so much that I also got the Pawaii water fountain which uses the Water Drop filters, and same happy pet result. I probably refill the tank 3 times a day, but that’s an easy process, and the water is good to go fairly quickly. Just as one reviewer did mention, the filters have coconut husk in them. So, if you have family with coconut allergies, this might not be the water for them.

We bought this machine back to 2023 and it broke just over a year after it had been used. With this short amount of time of this machine, we are literally disappointed and don't trust the quality of this machine. They had a good customer service, so they sent us a new one. However, the new one still broke down within 6 months. This machine uses two filters, and you need to replace them quite often. The machine will not be functioning although you replace new filters. The water pump inside this machine will make annoying noises like someone banging your wall outside of your house. This is how we experienced on this machine. For people thinking about getting this machine, think twice before you hit the purchase button.

I purchased the Waterdrop N1, and after a month of use, it displayed an E4 Error. I reached out to the company, and Waterdrop generously provided replacement filters at no cost to help diagnose the issue. However, just six days later, the E4 Error occurred again. Carina, a representative from their customer service team, suggested replacing the machine entirely. I returned the original unit to Amazon and refunded it, and with Carina's assistance, Waterdrop shipped me a new machine free of charge.So far, the replacement unit has been working perfectly. The water quality from this machine is incredibly soft and smooth.

I have terrible water in my city, and even the filtered water from my refrigerator tastes a bit like a swamp. I realized I LOVE the taste of reverse osmosis water and so I was refilling gallon jugs at the RO machine at the grocery store for awhile. My husband became interested in filtering our water more than the charcoal fridge filter does and we looked into RO. We didn’t want to commit to the cost or installation of an in-counter unit so looked into countertop units. This one has been great so far. It’s very easy to use and it has a sticker on the side of it with the steps and codes for easy reference. That was incredibly helpful the first week when we were learning the unit.We have very hard water (330 ppm from the previous year’s report from our utility company) and this countertop unit usually shows a TDS of 11-12 when we are using it. It’s been as high as 30, which is still a 90% reduction.You MUST dump the tank when it’s time to refill- because of how the unit works, that water has a concentration of a lot of the stuff the filters just removed from the RO water. We dump it and refill it probably twice a day. Very pleased with my purchase, it does what I expected it to do.

I really like this water filter. It is quiet while filtering the water. The water tastes good and pure. Although it has a funny aftertaste but that might be the water not the fault of this machine. No fluoride taste though.

Loved this water filter - carries a lot of water with very little filtered waste. Have replaced the CF filter twice in one year.Sadly, a few days ago we noticed the water was coming out at a high tds level and the TDS light is red. Now it’s making very loud noises. Both our filters are almost brand new so we aren’t sure what is wrong and the product support window is closed so I don’t have anywhere to reach out to.Was super great while it lasted but a $300 equipment to only last one year is a bit ridiculous.

I like the great tasting filter water and especially appreciate the excellent customer service. When I needed assistance with the filter replacement, I received a response with clear instructions immediately on the same day. When I cracked the water tank and needed a replacement, they sent a replacement within one week. After each customer service contact, the company sent follow up on the customer care. I could see that this company really strives to provide good customer service.
