Lovely but sadly hasn’t lasted long
Initially my daughter very happy with this item. However, after a few months of not so frequent use the inside has completely split. Disappointing quality. We have several other great lunch bags that have last a long time!

Unfortunately arrived torn
This would have been a really good purchase but unfortunately it arrived with a big tear between the top and bottom sections. We needed something quickly so had to patch it up ourselves rather than going through the faff of sending it back. Disappointing

Poor quality, spilt within a few weeks
I am not getting any joy from the seller to help here. The bag has split between the fabric and the zip. I have a photo. Hope someone emails me soon with a replacement sent .... I have only had it a few weeks..
