Purchased last winter, Really great, keeps feet warm without over heating due to remote control, have been used and abused yet still working, BRILLIANT ITEM'S, Easy 5 stars

I was feeling exited to get the insoles but soon deflated as on didn't charge or turn on and the other barely got warm even on hi heat! let see if the replacement ones are any better. Update... They did send a second pair out, these also packed in after a couple of charges!!! The phone numbers on the warrenty card do not work and also there is no reply to the email address provided!!!! In all a waste of time and money.

Bought these heated insoles for my wife who has circulation problems. After initially being skeptical they were a revelation for here, warm feet when out walking and she loved them.However almost immediately one sole stopped working, would not charge. They were returned and another pair bought as my wife really needed them. This pair lasted two months as the left sole slowly got worse. The charging light kept blinking yellow and never went green and the heat got less and less. The right one was fine. Finally they went back and yet another pair bought. Only had these a few weeks and OK at the moment, will update the review how it gets on.I bought another pair from a different seller. They all look as if they come from the same factory, just with different names printed. This pair was just as good for warm feet. However a month into use one sole is taking much longer to charge than the other and the charger light flashes yellow for a long time so not looking too good.The remote is very useful otherwise the insole has to be set at the heat setting before putting in the shoe so inconvenient to change it.There isn't any indication if the heat setting has changed when using the remote and it can be be a bit hit and miss so have to hold it close to the shoe when using the remote.So I would say recommended for cold feet, but make sure you check them as soon as you get them and be prepared to send them back. Amazon have been great with all the returns.

Now on to their 2nd winter of use. Game changer for me as my feet get cold and no amount of insulation changes this. Warm, comfortable, easy to use. I don't actually use the remote, just switch them on using the little button on the back of each sole. Need a 2 pin european to 3 pin UK adapter though to charge. Charges overnight. Wish they lasted longer than 8hrs but work as described. If the manufacturers are reading this and are going to bring a new version out 14hr version please!

Love them!! I bought a pair for cycling in the winter months as my feet get very cold even in boots and wooly socks. These are an absolute godsend and keep my tosies cosy. I've never had to use them on anything above to 'low' setting, but I guess that for anyone in a very cold environment they would be just perfect.

You can hear something moving in the left insole so maybe something got disconnected. Anyway, charged them and left one doesn't work at all whilst the right one barely work when on high position. If the seller reads this, please respond ASAP as I'd like a replacement before I leave for my ski holiday (leaving on the 27th!).

Bought these for my Dad who always has cold feet. He said they are the dogs boll***s.He said they are straightforward to use and the charge lasts well
