My child loves this case! The purple/multicolor design is beautiful. The colors are vibrant and really stand out. The case feels super durable and gives me peace of mind knowing the iPad is well protected. It fits perfectly, and all the buttons and ports are easy to access. I also love the built-in stand for watching videos or doing any type of work, and the one handed strap is such a great feature to have it makes it much easier and more comfortable to hold. Overall, a great case and definitely worth it.

I wanted a case that would allow me to carry my iPad while videoing my walk or hike without having to hand hold it. This met my needs exactly. It is very sturdy and I'm sure it will do the job of protecting my iPad and allowing me to hand it around my neck while hiking using the included shoulder strap. The case also comes with a second screen protector frame just without the screen protector itself so if you want direct access the iPad screen you have it. It's easy to switch between the frame with and the one without the screen protector. I really like that the screen protector can be cleaned of fingerprints unlike the mylar type of screen protector. I also appreciated the ability allowing the shoulder strap to be installed to hold the iPad vertical or horizontally. I like the fact that the screen protector is replaceable, there are replacement screens available on Amazon, should it become damaged. The case comes with the buckle part that attaches to the case preinstalled. The first con is the lack of instructions; however, there are a couple of videos available that demonstrate how to assemble the case on the iPad. Installation is not intuitive as I discovered and had to disassemble the case due to not doing the steps correctly; so watch the video and follow the steps exactly. That makes installation easy. The second con I have is that I would have liked a third carry strap attaching part so I would not have to remove one to switch from the vertical to horizontal position; just change the strap from one to the other using the buckles. Other than the two minor cons I would recommend this product, it is well made. I don't know about customer support as I have not had to contact the seller. If you want a well made iPad protective case I highly recommend this one. I am so impressed that I bought a second one for my daughter's 10th gen iPad.

After getting my new iPad Pro, M4 and 13 inch I ordered a few different cases. Two of them were the folio type cases which I usually I’m not a big fan of and then this one which is a great full body case. What I really like is the option not to have to use the Screen protector cover as I usually don’t like the way they feel when you tap on them I much rather have the regular screen protectors that kind of static cling on. This case was extremely easy to install and while it does make the iPad, much heavier it is very solid and I’m not really worried about drops. I’m also not a big fan of the handles as if I do decide to carry it around I just put it in my hand and I like the fact that the top handle was removable, but I went ahead and cut off the handle that was on the back Because it just seemed to get in the way, but that’s just for me and not any reason to drop off a star I would’ve liked it to be removable, but I could not figure out a way to just remove it without cutting it off. I do understand a case where somebody would want to use the handles in and both of the different handles Seemed very sturdy. I would like a case without an Apple Pencil slot since I am blind and I don’t use it, but it does provide a way to grab it without fingerprinting the screen up for me. I also like the fact that the charging port is covered but once again as a blind guy, sometimes I find it a little hard to figure out where the charging plugs in at. The kickstand on this is very solid and very easy to get in and out, and it rotates quite well to put it either in landscape or portrait orientation. The buttons aren’t overly hard to push, and it gives a much better experience than the buttons without a cover over them. I will say that the speaker sound a little bit hollow inside this case and as a voice over user it took a little bit of getting used to, but it’s not something that’s a dealbreaker for me either. I don’t really listen to music or watch movies on my iPad. It’s mainly just to Scroll through social media and shopping apps or using one of the AI apps to learn about new things. At the end of the day, this is a great case with great protection and having the option to use it with or without the provided screen protector as a plus for me, I would 100% recommend this case

I bought this for the easel part. It is kinda heavy and clunky compared to the slim iPad. After a couple weeks I see the reason for its clunkyness. It’s protection. I actually love the easel part. So the reason I did not give it a 5 Star is the buttons to turn off the iPad and the sound etc are kind of a chore to find and then to use. That’s because you are working on the easel and spinning so when you pick it up you can’t see any buttons to adjust anything. Maybe shading the button covers lighter would help. It might help also to not cover the usbc charging connection. It’s pretty well recessed and protected without the cover. When you open it and start charging in my case, I still sometimes work on the iPad when charging, so I can work but the usbc cover gets in the way a lot. Overall knowing this I would buy again and recommend.

Very good product! And I didn't realize it's Japanese made! I always expect anything under $50 to be cheap Chinese crud, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this one! It's very much like the tablet cases we used in Army logistics for taking inventory of huge warehouses (where using a laptop is clunky and inconvenient)! Very sturdy, very tough. High quality handles, good string. The stand it great, very study and stable, 360* rotation. The squishy plastic absorbs impact, and prevents the tablet from sliding. It feels nice in the hand. I'm using it for law school, so I need to have it all the time. The screen protector doesn't interfere with pen use at all. Fits perfectly with iPad Air M4, no shuffling, not too tight. I was debating on 4 or 5 starts. I would like to give it a 4.8 if I could. The only flaws are as follows: 1. No access to the fingerprint button. I like the fingerprint function, but the cover for the button does not flip up like the flap for the charger port. I would like to see that function in a future version. I tried a trick of pulling the corner open, but then the ridged body gets in the way of that, too inconvenient. So I just turned off the fingerprint function. 2. The pen well is very good quality, and holds the pen in very well... a little too well. I wish there was a little "finger well" where I could more easily stick my finger in the pen well to pull the pen out. I have medium-sized hands for a man. I can only imagine how hard it must be for a man with large hands to get that pen out. Otherwise excellent. Looks great (I got pure black), feels great, handles well, not heavy, sturdy (why buy applecare when I can just buy a $30 super case?), I couldn't have asked for much more! Worth the money!

Case is great and sturdy. The holder for the pen is the perfect size and my apple pen charges perfectly in the case. The size is accurate and fits the pro 13.

This is the first case for an iPad I've ever bought, when watching reviews on the m4 13inch iPad pro there was alot of talk about how thin it is which made me worry since it is not cheap and I'm a bit clumsy, I worried about dropping it. So reasonably I went searching for a solution and that search winded me up here with this product. I liked that there were simple instructions included for installation, so even a silly lad like me who's never installed a case can figure it out through fiddling around. It is firm when it's all in place. If you hold it by the strap on the back (which is adjustable) it does not come apart even after a couple experimental shakes upside down. It also didn't have any issues with the screen protector I put on it beforehand. Additionally with the strap you can pull it out and behind it there's a stand which is also quite steady on a flat surface and doesn't wobble around like crazy when I draw on it. Yay 💜 The extra weight makes me especially happy, the iPad on its own is astonishingly light like your holding a mere children's toy instead of a 2-3k device, the case adds both more bulk and weight and basically just makes it feel more secure and like your holding something of worth, as someone who used a more bulky iPad version before it is a win for me. The buttons also all work as intended. I chose the light blue & black case, and I'm glad I did. The colour is very nice to look at, there are other colors too. I kinda wish apple pencils were sold in black as well so it could match with the case! Lastly, since I mentioned apple pencils- the pen holder is also pretty decent. There is a hole on the back where you can push the pen out with your finger. However you may need to push the pencil in and out a couple times in different angles to get it to charge but it's not too bad. All in all I'm quite happy with what I got, I never ended up attaching the shoulder strap but that's optional anyway. I haven't gotten a chance to test how the iPad and case will deal with a fall, but I guess I'll find that out eventually when I inevitably drop it one day(hopefully never, but with my record of dropping things I doubt it, lol!) but I'm sure she'll be right.
