I love it so easy to use , saw an electronic version which was more money , but this is just a center dialI set and forget it till I can easily move up the level resistance. I'm not putting doen the electronic models , just thought adjusting settings electronically might give out at some point. There is more routines and uses , so there is a market for a more complex adjusting method. But for me this one is great !!!! Would recommend this unit it's solid built piece of equipment !!!

this device is working WELL for me.. id re-buy it if I needed to, its very sturdy and it really hit my muscles good and deep, I already feel strong after just using it a few work outs. I do recommend this tool it is a great strengthening device. plus you beat the price. its a win win..** I add: okay so i tore loose my front rotator cuff on my right shoulder 2 yrs ago, healed it with zero surgery, and its just fresh too, so this device when I bought it, I thought it might be too much, and I am glad to say ..it is healed and this device really really put it too the test ..that's food for thought, if you have any injury, prior to use , really be careful. If you don’t have a lot of time to visit the gym and don’t have space for a weight bench, this is a decent option. It adjusts easily so if you change which muscle groups you target, you can adjust the resistance up and down in seconds. It won’t do everything, but with a little creativity, you can use it to work shoulders, biceps, triceps and even some core muscles. Well made.

I bought this with a negative thought that it would be cheap and worthless I was wrong I have used it now for 2 days and I am hooked on how it works your upper body if you are a beginner or a pro this machine is just amazing you have to try this to understand the feeling you get from just one workout

I bought this product to try to some of my patients . Younger clientele - this is useful but for senior citizen patients, this item is too heavy for them and hard to use, it is made well and it does facilitate and engage the muscle but as i mentioned, the weight of the machine is not ideal for senior citizen. It’s not the products fault as it tried to cater to all demographics. Made well and effective for certain clientele . Just not what im needing . It took a little getting used to using it but once you get the hang of it then its ok

If you use it while holding it like in the picture, the oil will leak out enough to drip. Besides being a mess, this means it will gradually stop working. Mine already only resists for about half the distance it should and I've only used it a few times.Update: I left it in a corner for a month and when I picked it up there was a puddle of oil and the exerciser has no resistance anymore. Complete trash.

This thing is a monster. Heavy and well made with settings that make it almost impossible to use but give you a very good challenge and goal to work towards. I use this from so many different angles and Heights that I can get an entire chest and arm workout at home. Quickly. With some creative maneuvering you can even work a bit of your back and shoulders. This device is worth every single penny.I actually dropped my gym membership and bought a few of these home workout devices similar to this one, and have been very pleased with the money, gas, and time I'm saving.

I like to do different types of workouts. I lift free weights , do pushups , use resistance bands and many other types of equipment. This equipment is portable and easy to store. But still powerful to use. You can set the resistance to very low and easy or setup to very high resistance and hard. This has been a very nice addition to my other forms of exercises. I like it and will keep using it. Thank you for a great piece of gear.

I use this to emphasize the contracted position in my chest training. Maybe the best tool for that purpose I’ve found to date after 60 years of training!
