I have a home gym and never had a set of ab straps. I have seen and used them at gyms in the past but didn't invest in any until I came across these. They are smaller than the ones I have used in the past but got the job done better as they weren't uncomfortable to hang from like ones I have used. They're comfortable and light which makes them useful for home gyms or if you go to a gym. They can be alcarried around easy and won't take up much space in your gym bag. Great product to invest in if you're looking to up your ab training whether it be at a gym you go to or home gym.

Holds me up & I’m 155lbs. Sturdy and easy to hook & unhook.

Good comfortable quality. Only problem is the straps are so long to the point to where I am hanging to low. I had to connect the locks to the higher part of the strap that really isn't meant to be the part that goes into the lock.

Great ab straps for our home gym. I installed 2 I screws on the basement ceiling joists and now GREAT ab workout!!! Way better than doing just crunches on the floor. Now can do leg raises and side raises. Took our home gym another step up with more to add for our ab workouts.
