**Q: I have narrow feet with a high instep , would these be suitable for me**
A: You can adjust all of the straps. I have wide feet so I've found them very comfortable indeed.

**Q: What is the sole made of - I have very hot feet and if the sole under my feet is  rubber will they be slippery?**
A: This is my second pair of these sandals, the soles are definately not slippery and they have a very good grip.

**Q: Is there a difference between the mens and womens versions?**
A: I have found that the size that I take in ladies shoes: i.e. Size 6 is perfect in the Kahuna sandal men's or ladies.I find them extremely comfortable.

**Q: Is the sole flat inside or shaped to provide support?  I have a very old pair of merrels and cant find anything like them now!  Thank you**
A: It is shaped to provide support as you can see in the picture - but the area in the foot arch is not built up.
