These are brilliant pants with not only the extra protection material but also it makes a pocket where additional pads can be inserted if necessary on certain occasions. I nearly ordered medium but instead ordered large which come out a bit on the small side but fit snugly and are very comfortable.

I mistakingly assumed there were 2 pairs for £15, as I had bought a similar item previously at that price. The price is way too high for one pair of pants. The advert does not mislead in any way, it was my error, but I don't want anybody else to make the same assumption as me. I was unable to return them too. So I have 3 pairs of pants for my mum, costing £45.

My wife finds these to be very comfortable and not bulky and not visible under her clothing. Good for small to moderate incontinence. Easy to wash, though it takes a 60 degree Centigrade wash to get the staining out and this tends to dislodge the colour dyes from the black briefs, use a colour stop when washing.

Too big

These are longer in the body than you would think , but they are comfortable , the pad is open ended so if you wanted , it would be possible to insert a disposable pad .also does have a waterproof lining ,machine wash ok

Ordered these my size and they were enormous down size by at least 3 sizes

I like the design of these and they would be ideal but the leg holes are too uncomfortably tight to wear for any length of time. A shame.

Bought these and another brand to compare being the first time. The fit wasn't perfect and so these leaked a little. Thing to note is that product has absorption capacity options (which we didn't know so maybe this wasn't the right one). So if you buy, check for absorption capacity as you select to ensure you get the right capacity.
