Trustworthy brand, has the important stuff you hope to never need.
Came waaaay quick than expected, which is good! Trustworthy brand, so I can be confident the materials are safe and effective. The traumafix dressing is an excellent addition, if you or someone else has a major accident and a serious wound, this is the sterile version of putting your t-shirt on it. It's really useful, can also apply its own pressure by wrapping the integral bandages tight, and it's the one you hope to never need but never want to be without. Also the resuscitation shield is handy if there's contamination you don't want in your mouth doing CPR, but if you don't know how to use it or worried you'll use it wrong chest only compressions is still good. I would personally add a few small bottles or tubes of eyewash, that way you're covered for almost every minor issue and the important big ones. It'll come in handy at the beach if you or your kids get sand in their eyes! Not to mention if you need to change a tire in the rain and something nasty gets in their too.

Poor case
I wanted to enjoy this as have always purchased st johns before, however case is flimsy and zip split after first use. I would look at medium zenith kit instead, worth money for a better case alone..

Good base kit for car, space for a few extras.
Ideal base kit for car, just add a few more plasters, antiseptic cream for everyday use and potentially add a good quality tournequet ie CAT type. Convienant size for storage in glove compartment or strapped to side of boot. Make sure you can locate easily. Ideal for most minor wounds as delivered but you may wish to add some items compression bandage, larger bandages etc to deal with major wounds especially if you cover a lot of miles on the open road-increased chance of being first on scene at a major incident.

I feel I can put my trust in ST. J A for what's in the kit.
I've had a couple of St. J A First aid kits and they seem very good. I have never used them at a bad accident only very minor ones. But my Son has used one (minor accident by someone at his house) and all was well. So as it's St. J A I feel I can put my trust in them, for what's in the pack.

Delivered fast but with no instructions. There is a leaflet inside talking about different approaches to different situations but, no word on how to use the items in kit.
