Good for home parties for kids
The media could not be loaded. Â It's a funky 'headlight' and fun, especially for small persons, but I can't think of any usage apart from occasions like a home party or a birthday. I like the LED light that changes colours, flashing mouth that is synced to noises and music, so maybe you can used it for some kind of dance, disco party too. Maybe you could also use it as a bedside lamp for kids or maybe a tiny illumination in the corner of the kid's bedroom.Batteries are not included, which is normal, so you'll need 3x AA batteries. Otherwise, the DC adapter isn't included either, so in my case, I used a USB charger for 5 V that I happened to have for another toy. In this sense, it's easy to use for kids too. If this lamp had an orange pumpkin face, it would be good for Halloween. I think I'll keep getting it out of the box every time we have a home party, especially with kids around.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...
A strange almost semi - Lego character head that has a few settings that really don't do that much. Different control on the back of the head for more options. A weird one, design wise its not funky enough to be cool and the lights functions are a little too restrained to be interesting. Kids were impressed for a few minutes... now abandoned on their shelf...

Perfect for youngsters who need a night light.
Night light with a difference.Don't be confused that this is a toy or anything else other than a night light. It's simply noice activated and it has a range of colours. That said it is perfect for young primary school aged children who often are afraid of the dark. If they wake up they can easily activate the light with sound and if they want to have some fun they can put thir radio or similar music device on and the light simulates interaction to the beat. It's fun and different. For the price I can't really see how you can go wrong.Recommended.

I don like it
I ordered this to review because I was intrigued by the fact a "head" would be regarded as a toy.The most annoying thing is you need 3 batteries to activate it.Certainly I would not think it was suitable for a child under 7, even as a nightlight, which is the alternative for the noise activated head. Some reviewers say they like it - maybe a bit funky for an adult. Not my idea of a fun toy/nightlight

Weird but practical
Bizarre product, no idea what was going through their minds when they designed this. The product is being used to coax shy primary school starters to speak in class.the 'head' takes batteries which you have to supply and then sound activates to speech. The kids have to be quite close and loud for this to function, so it ignore background noise pretty well. The head colour changes if you wish (optional mode) and if switched on, the mouth will glow green in response to loud verbal requests. It probably is intended to be place next to a hi-fi speaker with an voice track over the music so the 'head' appears to be lip-synching the singer. However it does work as reward feedback for quiet children too!
