Very bad and disappointing
The product is not functioning as electricity is passing in two sockets instead of one. Requested replacement but some how the app is not showing the same.now they return window closed and I just burnt my money.

Very poor quality .
Got overheated so much so I burnt my fingers touching it within an hour of running . I was using a 22 watt American made wavemaker for my aquarium that was rated for 110 volts. Also it completely stopped working in another half an hour . Thankfully it all happened so quickly that I am able to apply for a return and refund . I'll try to get a more decent quality convertor from overseas.

PRODUCT STOPPED WORKING
The product stopped working after using intermittently during last one month. Can I get it repaired or replaced or get some refund? How can I contact the supplier as email &/or phone aren't available.

Not fitting at all
The US plug does not fit into this socket at all. Absolutely useless product.
