A fantastic purchase for the money
These cups were absolute great. I think itโs better with oil because you can suction and then slide it up and down your muscle, but you can use it dry. I just wouldnโt slide it while itโs dry. I started cupping with my massage therapist and she was going in on me. My legs were very painful and tight. And when she would cut for two or three days, they would feel so much better. And she suggested I get my home set for when Iโm not there and it has been really truly so helpful and fantastic. And itโs enough cups. I would recommend a massage oil cause it does help. You could probably even use castor oil, which is supposed to be very good for muscle pain. I havenโt tried that yet, but I will. Definitely worth the money.

I'm happy with them
They're well made and pretty easy to use on myself. It can provide a lot of suction if you want that. It can be difficult to get it to suction on or adjust the suction, but I've found that it helps if you hold one part of it open with the tip of your finger when pressing it down. Then remove your finger and let it seal. I have fibromyalgia and get a lot of painful knots in my body. I've found that massage tends to aggravate it more than helping it. Instead of pressing on my muscles, this pulls them up. It's better for me and rarely aggravates anything this way. I think they were totally worth the money.

Just Get Them- they Work Great!
These work, perfectly. Iโve had for a little over a week, and itโs been so nice to be able to do this w/out the need to pay a therapist for this, in order to have done, as often as I need. I am already feeling better! I am using this to help with myofascial massage therapy, for muscle tightness, and to help with lymphedema & lipedema; coupled with other therapies in my treatment plan. I only use this therapy 2-3x per week, and am 1-site-specific on those days (glutes, or calves, or shoulders, etc). I love that these are easy-to-control suction levels, and that this set comes with several sizes, since my calves use the smaller sizes, glutes and back are any size, etc (for me) I do not do the stationary cupping, so with my therapy, we apply warm oil to the site, first. I am using a diy blend of equal parts โข Ginger oil โข DMSO (an anti-inflammatory, takes the other oils deep into the tissue, & is like a super-healer) โข Coconut oil โข Hemp Seed oil (pain/healing) (A little goes a long way) This particular set is easy to clean w/soapy water, and they stack for storage in a bag that comes w/the set. I also love that there are 2sets. I keep one set to use when soaking, as soaps work similarly to an oil for this therapy.

Good quality, strong suction
These cups are a good shape and glide nicely with a little lotion. Use them in a stationary position or glide them to provide a great deep massage. These are easy to use and clean. The lip on the bottom is a bit stiff, but the fit and suction are still good. For massage, the dome shaped cups work better. These are great for pain relief and to increase blood flow to a targeted area to improve natural healing. These were my first cups, and I am pleased with them. Remember when selecting cups to determine how you want to use them. These are a great value and are a fantastic compliment to the dome shaped cups.

These can and do work if used correctly!
Seems to help a lot with my 30+ year old terrible triad knee injury better than any of the years of injections I've had. My physical therapist used these on me and I had an immediate 30% reduction of knee pain. That was two months ago and it's still working! I'm definitely a believer!

Love these!
Bought these to use at work. Much easier to work with than the plastic cups. Easy to use and easy clean up.

Less Suction Than Expected
Difficult to use and "cup" to the body. I had a really hard time getting these to suction to the body. I've used multiple cupping devices before and was surprised, as these are marketed as "professional" use.
