How do you know which depth is the right one?

I decided that when lying in bed on my side the gap between head and shoulder wwhich needed to be supported by the piloow was more or less the 7cm depth and I have found this very comfortable and supportive when on my back or side hope this helps

It didn't help me in any way at all :-( Everyone is different though. I gave it 4 weeks but I couldn't even sleep at night. Found this pillow very hard. Gave it to charity shop :-) hope this helps

How do you know which core depth you require?

Well the only answer to that is you. No one can tell you what you require but you, you have to know what is comfortable, to be honesg, I guessed and I was right, I just went for the hard pillow and I got it right

Cannot find a pillowcase for this online.

You should be able to fit the pillow into a standard case. It’s trickier to get in than a normal pillow but fits fine without affecting the function of the pillow.
