Round Ladies Compact Mirror

This is a beautiful sold compact mirror. Great shape and size with a lovely feel to it. Very quick delivery and response from seller. I clicked on contact seller after I bought it with my words I wanted engraved on it and got a email confirming my order.

Lovely but tiny

Beautiful gift for a friend. The only thing stopping my rating it 5 star was the delivery time. My friends birthday is on 1st September and the delivery date said 31st August. It arrived on1st and too late for me to get it to her. Other than that no complaints at all.

I MADE AN EMAIL REQUEST AS TO WHAT I WANTED ENGRAVED ON THE MIRROR, HOWEVER, I WAS TOLD THAT WHAT I SUBMITTED ON THE GIFT TAG WOULD BE PRINTED ON THE MIRROR AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO CHANGE. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON PERSONALISING THE ENGRAVINGS IS POOR. IT IS NOT OBVIOUS WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WRITE IT AND IT DOES SAY ON AMAZON WEBSITE THAT THE SELLER WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL FOR THE ENGRAVINGS, BUT THEY DIDN'T SO I EMAILED THEM AFTER A DAY OF NOT HEARING, ONLY TO FIND IT WAS TOO LATE! AND THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO CHANGE IT.

The first mirror I received was faulty, however, the seller sent a new one without any problems which had a working clasp.

Excellent service and engraving, but mirror is very small so I don't think it is really practical, but recipient thought it was cute.

The compact mirror that arrived was quite nice but it was different than shown on the picture. the main difference being that there is no catch to close the mirror. Hopefully it wont become too loose once the compact has been opened several times. The presentation bag that it came in was not the nice velvet one as in the picture but a mesh type one which didn't look nice with the compact.I did contact the seller about these things but didn't get a reply ! I think that the picture should be changed to show the actual compact.

i received the item quickly and was very happy with the product. All customized and as per description and picture. However was not happy with the bag provided as it was not as per the picture.. Was expecting a good velvet bag for gift purpose. I contacted the seller who immediately sent out a gift box which I have received today, all in good time for christmas. So overall very happy with the product and with the service provided by the seller.
