Do these shams come with the pillow inserts?

No. This is a 2-piece set of pillow shams (covers) only. The pillow inserts are not included and must be purchased separately.

Do these 100% cotton shams wrinkle after washing?

Yes. Light wrinkling is natural for 100% Egyptian cotton. To avoid chemicals, we don't use synthetic anti-wrinkle agents. To minimize wrinkles, tumble dry low and remove promptly, or give them a quick warm iron.

Why do the shams feel slightly crisp out of the package?

This is the hallmark of genuine 500TC sateen. It starts with a structured, hotel-grade crispness. Don't worry—it will soften and become progressively smoother and cozier with every wash.

Will my pillow slip out of the envelope closure?

No. Our deep envelope closure features a generous overlap. It keeps your pillow securely tucked inside and completely hidden, preventing it from slipping out even if you toss and turn.

How should I wash them to prevent shrinkage or color fading?

Always machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. Avoid high heat during washing or drying, as excessive heat can damage the cotton fibers and cause shrinkage.
