It works well for big, medium people. Not for small frame people at all, even though it has a range for adjustments.The company should make at least two sizes.Do not put it in the washing machine because that will render it useless.Mine became useless once I washed it.

My physical therapist approved it and showed me how tight to make it. I ordered a large but received a medium. I am still able to use. It is frustrating to put on and take off. Once on, I can tell a difference in my posture and have less back pain. It’s not comfortable but I assume that none of them are. I haven’t gotten used to leaving it on for more than 10-15 minutes and have difficulty motivating myself to use it because of the difficulty putting it on and off and feeling uncomfortable with it on.

My friend ordered one and it came in very neat packaging. When I got mine, it was terribly packaged. Made me feel like I was getting something secondhand. Was totally disappointed.

The size is not what I expected. The fit is not exact but works. Maybe should have ordered a smaller size.

Got a big size but can’t ever get it on. It is way way to small. Good quality product and appears toBe something that will last. It just won’t fit around my man boobs.

I purchased the previous version 2 years ago. (2021) The short statement is: I think it has worked well for me. (I didn't have upper back pain, but I had decades of poor posture, and I believe that I do tend to do better (stand straighter) even on days when I'm not wearing the strap.However, during the extreme heat of 2022 I had to wash it, and even since then I have found it progressively more difficult to use because the straps don't stay in place most days. My guess is this: the straps have Velcro, but the part of the harness they are supposed to stick to is fabric, not the opposite piece of Velcro. Whether because of the washing (just once!) or because the fabric gets abraded by the Velcro, the Velcro on the straps doesn't stay in place for long, and at least one of the straps tends to pull off early in the day, and it isn't easy to get it back into place while wearing a shirt over it.

Maybe this would work for a child. Not for a 6'-3" tall adult that goes to the gym 5 days a week. In order to get it tight enough to hold your shoulders back it will be so tight that you loose all circulation in your arms. It also comes with no instructions on how to fit and it not put together in the way you would wear it. I was hoping this would help me when I am sitting at a desk for hours on end. But this is clearly not the solution. It is basically a double tourniquet and should be in the home and garden department and suggested as a potential life safety add-on for wood chippers.

I purchased this back brace to see if this style would be helpful vs a total back (upper and lower) brace. I did not find it helpful. It felt the same as wearing a backpack and didn't seem to help prevent slouching.Upon reviewing the other reviews to see if anyone else had any trouble, the other reviews are completely unrelated to the product. There are a handful for the back brace that all seemed to love it, but are all from 2018 when the current year is 2023. The other reviews are mostly in German and appear to be reviewing some kind of nasal spray. I will be returning this product.
