This was easy to put together, very reasonably priced, sturdy and durable bamboo. They give you a magnetic screwdriver with it so I thought it was awesome for the price. I'm a little confused at everybody who gave bad reviews about putting it together. They give you a screwdriver for a reason. They don't want you to use a drill. That would definitely crack it. You put your center of gravity down on the screwdriver and you slowly turn the screws. It goes together fine. Everything lined up.

This bookcase fulfills my needs pretty well (I wish it was a little wider and a little deeper, but after spending hours scrolling and searching, this one really was the best choice.] Assembly was a little problematic for me, as in the past I've determinedly put together all my furniture by hand, and that wasn't happening well with this project. Admittedly, I am "older" now, I eventually dragged out the box of screw bits and my power drill from the back of the closet, and had this project whipped in no time. So I would recommend that, when it's time to get those screws tightened, a power drill is used. Some of the pre-drilled screw holes may be just a teeny tiny crooked (so the screw head, once fully inserted, is on an angle), but the holes were all in the right place to put it together. I do wish that the company would have included some sort of little sticky bamboo-patterned dots to cover up the very noticeable screw heads (the screws do not go in deep enough for those little round wood plugs, which weren't included either). All in all, this piece is the right color, pretty close to the size I needed, and quite sturdy, so I am content with the purchase.

I love this little shelf! It was not hard to put together at all though maybe one or two holes were not aligned right. I noticed the places I had a little issue with the holes were different from other reviews. Obviously, it’s a little inconvenient that there are incorrect holes but mine aren’t that noticeable and I even managed to get mine to still work. Overall, I would order this and see if it works good for you! It has held up well and I am so glad for the extra book space!

Good looking piece of furniture. It was harder to put together by myself but I like it. The shelves weren’t as tall as most of my books. Guess I should have measured them first. But I still like it. I didn’t give 5 stars because a lot of the fasteners were difficult to get tightened down. The Allen wrench that was included was nearly worthless. One end was a Phillips head that I didn’t need. The other end didn’t turn completely around because it was too long. Fortunately I had one that worked.

First of all, the directions are inadequate as the holes on the drawing are so small you can’t really see what goes where. Even still putting it together the way the wood is cut and the holes are drilled, the top half does not match the bottom half. This was poorly engineered. If it wasn’t such a pain in the ass to take apart, I would send it back. It’s a nice design and beautiful wood but lacking in quality control.

Easy to assemble and makes a convenient tv stand.

I enjoyed this little bookcase, putting it together was easy however the place I wanted to use it. It was just a little too small, but I made good use of it in the laundry room. It is very sturdy and easy to put together.

The bookshelf pieces were lovely and I was excited to put together - however there are some pieces where the holes do not go all the way thought so you cannot screw things together. Very disappointing and I cannot seem to get a replacement piece I have to disassemble and return the whole thing.

Assembly is easier if two people do it together. Just the perfect size for holding a few items and books beside my bed and other small spaces. I will likely buy another to use as a book case or hold small game boards in my family room. Neutral colour and simple but interesting design makes it easy to use in any decor. I am very pleased!!

It is good enough for the price, cute design. A bit finicky to assemble, but not harder than Ikea with the picture instructions, so we managed. The only problem I guess is the quality of the bamboo wood, it chips quite easily AND there was a part chipped already when it arrived. Not a massive problem for me, but if you have children, they can easily get injured and get splinters.

I tried to assemble but the one of the holes on the side parts doesn’t line up so it can’t be tightened without warping the shape. Lots of parts and screws to put it together. I really liked this in the picture but I can’t assemble it. This isn’t something I would suggest because returns of this projuct is difficult and complicated. Unhappy customer.

Small, looks ok but wood split at Every screw hole. No tools as shown in advert. I can not recommend this product.
