Good weight and feel good.
These dumbbells are an ideal weight for promoting bicep muscle growth and are generally good for exercising. They are nicely made, covered in neoprene, so they don't damage floors or furnishings when put down and they feel good in the hands. Nice colour too. I'm over 60 and these are fine to keep in trim. Recommended.

Heavy and that’s what we wanted
There’s not much to choose between these silicone sheathed weights, but these seem fine. I can hold them with relatively small hands and they don’t roll around.
