Didn't Even Know It Was Low Flow !
I switched to this low flow head and I'm happy I did. I'm was in the camp that believed low flow heads just end up making the shower longer, and the bad ones do, but this head rinses just fine. PROS: 1. Super easy to install. I unscrewed the original head and put the new one on in about a minute. Because of plumbers tape, I needed no tools. I was inebriated, which shows how easy it was. 2. The tilt on this head is super good. I have no problem changing the angle with little effort. 3. The spray options are actually useful. I often ignore all the pulse and other head options, but a few make sense. The slow /stop is great for pre-warming the output before going full. The tight hard spray is good for pounding parts like the scalp or backside. The wide spray is my standard, and is soft and nice. Steams/mists well too. Switching modes is also easy, and it's not a hard lever at all. 4. The sale price I paid $50 was a solid deal in my opinion. 5. The look is pretty nice, though you can still sort of tell it's plastic. CONS: 1. Not a biggie, but it is plastic and doesn't have a solid feel when you adjust it. However, what would stainless cost and would that attract more hard water? SUMMARY: For the price I paid, and features that work, I've been enjoying this immensely. Maybe I'm actually using the same amount of water, because I'm staying in the shower longer to enjoy it. FYI: Some report that this head doesn't have good flow. I have 60 psi and it works fine. Homes with 45 psi or lower probably shouldn't be using low flow anyways. I can still do a 3 minute shower in this just fine.

Versatile settings, plenty of pressure, nice to look at.
Two weeks in and I'm loving this shower head. I had bough and "expensive" one, but I wasn't happy with it. This one had good reviews including one from Wirecutter with the NYT. It's too light to be solid metal, but it looks great anyway. It was very easy to install. I like that it's easy to move the head itself and the control for the spray. I'm short and usually have to really stain to hold on to a shower head in order to turn the selector. This one is much easier. My two favorite settings are right next to each other. One is a strong spray that's great for washing and rinsing your hair. The next is almost like a rain shower setting and it lovely. I love that it has a "pause" feature. It doesn't turn all the way off, but reduces it to a trickle. It has great pressure on the first setting and also on another that's more massage like. The others are less robust, but very nice. It's a good size overall. Not too big to overwhelm the small shower, but provides good coverage. I'm very happy with this shower head. It looks and works great so far.

Looks good and works as good as it looks.
This shower head is the typical "restricted flow" model. Simply remove the small white "strainer" looking insert and presto, pressure is very enjoyable. Good value, brand name, easier than you'd imagine to install on a standard shower pipe. Looks great and works as good as it looks. Adjustable flow patterns to meet pretty much anyone's needs.

Good functionality, good flow once adjustments are made
This is a really good shower head. I should start by saying that if you are replacing a 2.5 gpm head with this 1.75 gpm head, the water flow may feel weak to you at first. It did to me. But you can pretty easily defeat the flow restriction and get much more power. I found it a little difficult to figure out how to make this adjustment, so here's what I did (photo shows the shower head upside down so you are seeing where it attaches to the water pipe). First, remove the combination black rubber washer/metal screen (on the left side in the photo -- this is a single piece and it does come out). Then you'll see a blue plastic piece with a very small rubber ring (indicated by my tiny screwdriver in the photo). That is the flow restriction mechanism. Use a tiny screwdriver or awl to pluck out this rubber ring (it broke when I pulled it out, but who cares, you won't need it again). Make sure to leave the blue plastic thingy in there. Then tuck the washer/screen piece back inside, pushing it as deep as it will go. Reattach the shower head in your shower and you're good to go. Once the flow restriction is removed, the head is really nice. The pulsing massage setting actually massages and feels great. The larger diameter means that on the bigger settings, which use more jets, more of your body is hit by the water than with a smaller head. That's nice. Very happy with this shower head now!

Great pressure, matched my fixtures, easy install
Really happy with this shower head. It was one of the only ones I could find that matched the champagne bronze color of my other bathroom fixtures, which was a big plus. Installation was easy and the water pressure is strong and satisfying. My previous shower head broke, but this one has held up well so far. I mostly switch between two of the spray settings and they cover everything I need. Highly recommend.

HORRID—30 Minutes and My Hair Still Has Shampoo in It
HORRIBLE TORTURE—I bought this Delta showerhead because I had one old Delta that I loved—the kind that actually had enough pressure to rinse hair without turning showering into a 30-minute endurance event. I figured I’d “update” and get something equally reliable, especially since my old one had mineral deposits but still managed better performance than this new low-flow sponge. Then I found myself doing the most absurd thing: standing under a barely-there stream for what felt like an hour just to rinse shampoo out of my hair. I have long, medium hair, and I still had shampoo left. Thirty minutes later, I’m wondering if this is a showerhead or a punishment device. For context: historically, Delta has made plenty of showerheads people rave about—so I assumed this would at least fall into the “works normally” category. Nope. This one is low flow and completely ineffective. It’s the type of “spray” that doesn’t rinse, it negotiates with your shampoo. I’ve tried all the usual strategies—different settings, adjusting the angle, hoping it would “break in,” praying to the plumbing gods—but it’s probably going straight to the trash. If you enjoy torture, maybe keep it. If not: Only buy this if you have a guest you don’t like and want to slow-cook their hair rinse experience. Ugggh!

good, but not great.
not as good as expected. slide that changes spray settings keeps coming off. didn't significantly improve stream strength. despite this' works well with multiple settings. easily cleaned. decent price.

Beware low flow, but it's quite good
I *assumed* that my existing showerhead this replaced must have been a low-flow, but I now realize it must not have been. Or in the very least, it was higher flow than this. This showerhead makes very efficient use of water to generate a wide spray of pressure, and it's easy to toggle to different modes to adjust the trade-off of volume/pressure, but there's no confusing a spray bottle with a garden hose. I find it more difficult to effectively rinse my hair and to rinse soap off my skin--it takes me a bit longer, but probably there is still a net conservation of water. A hidden perk of the lower flow rate: it's a good deal quieter than my old showerhead. It's a lot more practical to listen to music or a podcast while in the shower. Install was a piece of cake, in spite of the fact there are no instructions/manual. Teflon tape was not included and does not seem to be necessary to prevent leaking.

Could be better
Four of the five settings are fine. The fifth is pretty lame. I got it at half price (open box) so no complaints. Plus the finish is a perfect match for the metal fittings in the tub/shower even though it’s plastic.
