This was ok, but the material feels, and looks thick, and so wearing shoes with it would be difficult. It’s also quite ‘slippy’, so you do need to be firm, and tighten it so it’s very secure. Breathability was as expected from something of this material. Not the best. After some research, I chose this, and it immediately made walking a lot easier and far less painful.The only gripe was, after a lot of walking, the back of the support started to nip the skin at the back of my knee and caused quite a mess, but I'd expect that was down to my vanity in wearing it under my jeans instead of being in view on top of them.It's quite fiddly to put on in the first couple of instances, but once the knack had been learned, it was a doddle.
