It worked on a 2017 Mustang & a 2014 Focus

I tried all the online tricks to program sensors without buying this. Nothing worked. Nothing. Put the car in programming mode and used the remote and it worked perfectly! If you install NEW Motorcraft sensors, you have to use this remote.BTW, Dealership wanted to charge me $200 per tire for new sensors and programming. I bought sensors from a vendor and the remote and paid to have them installed. $240 all in.

Si tienes un Ford con TPMS no debe faltar en tu caja de herramientas. Compré llantas nuevas para mi auto reciente mente y en el mismo lugar le dieron servicio de alineación y balanceo, pero no programaron el TPMS pues no tenían la herramienta para hacerlo, llamé a la agencia Ford y quisieron cobrarme por algo que toma literalmente menos de 5 minutos, decidí comprar la herramienta yo mismo para cada vez que las las llantas se roten y quitarme de problemas.Super fácil de hacer y sin tener que pagar por ello.

I did not receive this item for a day, so I noticed the TPMS light went out all by itself after going for a drive the day after changing back to the summer tires from winter tires. Tried the item anyway, since I assume that the car recognised the original tires but would not know they are now rotated. For our car, which has a pushbutton start, the method is as follows. Push and release the brake. Turn the car on with a two second push of the start button and turn off the car with a quick push twice.. Turn on the car a third time with a two second push. Push and release the brake. Turn the car off with a quick push. Turn the car on with a two second push of the start button and turn off the car with a quick push two more times. Turn on the car a sixth time with a two second push. The horn should honk to indicate train mode and the dash will tell you what tire to do (left front first). Hold this handy gadget against the wheel at the valve stem and push the button. The light on the tool will illuminate and a few seconds later the horn honks. Proceed following the order displayed on the dash until all four tires are done (right front, right rear, left rear). I think the car then turned itself off, but I could have been mistaken. Note this item works without needing to open the original packaging, so if it does not work it would be easy to return. This item came in an sealed Motocraft plastic bag. I tossed it in the back with the tire repair kit. I did this with the winter tires hanging right above the car, so it didn't seem to care much about other nearby sensors.

Funktioniert nicht mit Ford Mustang Modellen ab Bj 2013 - xxxx. War nach langem ausprobieren direkt zum Ford Händler gefahren. Die konnten weder diesen Sender noch die Tpms Sensoren anlernen.Folgende wurden mit dem Produkt empfohlen: 4 Reifendrucksensoren RDKS IM TPMS für Ford Galaxy Mustang S-MAX Reifendruckkontrollsystem 6547-B https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01N74RXDR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_uBc3Bb3RTDQFSTrotz Kompatibilität nicht möglich anzulernen :(Sparrt euch die Zeit. Benutzt nur die mitgelieferten Sensoren von der original Maschine oder fahrt im Winter mit einem nervigen Symbol.

Amazon is wrong. If you have your car listed on Amazon like I do, it says it is not compatible with 2018 Focus. It does work with no issues at all. I just followed the procedure to reset the tire pressure monitors and was done in less than 5 minutes.I have know idea why Amazon says it won't work.
