I wanted a modern, space-saving fireplace for my living room, and this delivered exactly that! The slim design fits perfectly without taking up too much space, and the flame effects look incredibly realistic. The smart controls make it super convenient.

This electric fireplace has proven both attractive and functional. We had our basement re-done into a family room this past summer, which offered a lot of benefits, but one drawback was that we cut off the furnace venting into the space. The venting that had been in there before was a cheap patch job and there was just no effective way to replicate it. So, while we had already planned to put an electric fireplace into a bump-out for our TV, we knew we needed one with heat. We had the electrician put in an extra line for the fireplace behind the bump-out and installation wasn't challenging - but our contractor had done a great job framing up the opening in the bump-out for the fireplace, so I can't speak to how easy it is for someone to retrofit a wall for this. The Tuya app connected to the fireplace just fine, but if you use Feit Electric smart lights or other smart stuff, the Feit Electric app will also connect to this. Occasional firmware updates have installed just fine. And as for the heat, it's great. We're having the coldest winter in a couple years here in New York City, and the heat this little guy pumps out is just enough to take the chill off in our new family room. We've got baseboard heaters to really warm it up if we really wanted to, but we almost never turn them on if the electric fireplace is running. We really do enjoy this electric fireplace. The only small complaint is that occasionally the app doesn't activate the heat - it'll control everything else (flame speed/color/brightness etc.), but the heat doesn't start up. But in that situation, the remote control and the front panel buttons do still work. So, it's something with the app and not the fireplace itself.

Purchased and used for a few months without problem. Fan stopped working and the unit smelled like something was burning. I turned it off and restarted several times, no heat and no fan, so I turned it off. The next day I restarted the unit and the blower did not work, a little heat could be felt but it continued to smell hot. Turned it off. Request a replacement or refund.

The flame is great, thinner boarder, realistic, many options. Easy to install, good instructions. So far love it!

I purchase two other fire places and returned before I found this fire place it is very beautiful and works well. It is a thinner model so perfect for installation and not taking up too much space. Flame is very nice and gems are a nice touch

The slim design fits perfectly, and the option to mount or recess it is a great feature. The Wi-Fi control is a nice bonus, and connecting it to my smart home system was a breeze.
