Very good and fast switch
I attached the POE cameras and the response is immediate.

Poor rack mount brackets
I bough two of these to fit in a 19" rack and I have to say I thought the mounting kit was rubbish. The two centre brackets have to overlap and be screwed together. Looks cheap when fitted. Could easily have been a single separate piece to connect the two switches together. It flags in and out when attaching cables. Very poor. Switches are adequate but the power supply whines a little when using POE. Hopefully, it will last a while till I can get something better.

Outstanding hub for running POE cameras
Bought this to run 5x external & 3x internal Hikvision POE cameras, including two with floodlights and one PTZ. We also have two Ubiquity Access Points on the first & second floors.I wanted the switch up on the third floor, but the NVR in my study on the ground floor.Install was a breeze; literally plug'n'play, and the fanless unit sits silently, doing it's thing. We ran Cat6 throughout the property when we renovated, connecting each room to a central cabinet in my study, plus shielded/weatherproof Cat6 to the locations we wanted external cameras. Our longest run between Camera & Switch is approximately 85m and from Switch back to Router/NVR is roughly 70m - there's been absolutely zero degradation in signal quality and all 9 cameras run at full resolution, the floodlight cameras light up exactly as they should and other than a minimal lag to access the PTZ camera, plus one or two Access Point reboots (which I put down to Virgin, rather than any fault in the POE switch), we've had very little to worry about.More than happy to recommend.

Deliver what is supposed to do
The media could not be loaded. Because my cameras are far away from my main switch I had to use intermediary switches in order to deliver data and power to each cameras. I am using this switch to power 1 POE camera and to transmit data to other POE switch.Until now it works very well, and all my cameras are transmitting the stream flawless. In my first week I monitored the connections to cameras checking the pings response time, and I was surprised how stable it was, with average ping response around 18ms from main switch to the cameras, without any high peaks. It is very good considering that some cameras data is passing via 3 switches. It is fan less, so no noise coming from the switch. In the idle it consume around 3 watts and when I have 1 camera attached it consume around 10 watts. The build construction looks very sturdy, solid metal. The metal build also help on heat dissipation. There is no power ON/OFF button, just plug in the power cord to power it on.I am not using it extended mode, so I cannot tell how the port isolation feature works. For my needs it is a very good device that worth 40 bucks price.

Worked perfectly - Plug and Play but some non-POE devices would not work with it
I bought this to give POE capability to a Belkin adapter which provides wired ethernet for my I pad Pro. This gives battery charging power over the single ethernet cable. It worked perfectly. I did find that some other devices (printers mainly) plugged into the spare switch ports did not work but I think this is a common occurrence as some non-POE devices do not work well with POE switches. I got round this by linking my existing switch (not POE) via the Uplink Port and plugging devices which did not like the POE hub into the old hub. Whole system now works perfectly.

Great switches when you get a good one
I like these Yuanley switches (when they work)This 5 port one had a dead port so I’ve got to order another and return this one. Hope the next one is ok. I also ordered an 8 port which tripped the house fuse when switches on. Turns out the 13ampPlug had the neutral and earth reversed. How bad is that? They refunded me £12 so I could buy a new one. I cut the plug off and fitted a Screwfix one. Sorted.
