Disguise Women's Ariel Deluxe Adult Classic Costume

Easy transaction. Arrived timely. So many compliments on this costume which was utilized as part of an Under the Sea themed Halloween party. Both the kids and adults commented. I did put a few hand stitches at the strap area to fit a bit tighter which was personal preference. I ordered my typical size and it fit as described. Some costumes are so small over poor quality but this one was both well made and fit along with measurements they provided. I buy costumes often and have found that utilizing the specific measurements provided make for no surprises. Colors are vivid and looked exactly as pictured.

Got this today in a Large (175lbs, 5’6”, D bust) and it was tight in the hips with not a lot of stretch and the straps are short (which I suppose could be fixed with some scrap material for those who are crafty). If you are wide hipped and don’t eat to worry about popping a seam, I’d size up. The costume for the cost is fine and in a pinch it would be fine with some at home modifications.

Runs a bit large on the top but was a bit small in the skirt. It’s probably just my body type but I trouble getting my legs in and the top was loose. Otherwise it was super cute and the kids loved it 💕

I didn't realize this had a velcro back, it looks like a zipper in the photos. The velcro is not very secure, so that's something to consider.Also, it runs TTS to large. I always feel like costumes run small, so I sized up to a Large (I'm a dress size 10-12). The Large is too big, so I should have gone with a Medium.Other than those issues, it's a nice costume that isn't too revealing like most mermaid costumes.

The top area doesn’t fit me well at all. Otherwise, a really nice quality costume.
