Decided to buy this after extensive research over a year ago and I am very happy with it.

I bought this for my partner who can’t sleep well for years. I saw this supplement online with most positive reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My partner has a significant improvement in sleeping, not waking up in the midnight as much as before and finally feel getting some sleep. I will suggest to someone who doesn’t sleep well to try and reduce the usage to 2pills instead of 3 which exceed a recommended intake as women. I think I will re-buy it in the future.

Delivery quick and efficient. No idea if they work or not, jury still out! The pills ARE quite large-but can usually swallow them OK-but the odd one is slightly difficult going down, though nothing to worry about.

There's nothing about the product I dislike. It's reasonably cheap and it does everything you need, with three types of pure magnesium added. Easy to swallow and I feel much healthier. I bought the same product from the seller for 10 months.

I take Magnesium as a cardiac arrest survivor, inflammation is seen as an issue to be addressed.These tablets offer a range of magnesium which seems like a good mix of sources making them hopefully efficient. (Much magnesium when ingested is easily expelled by the body).I read through the instructions several times, to understand that a 'serving' is three tablets. As such the pot doesn't last long.
