Excellent on ice and snow
I bought these for my trip to Iceland and they performed very well. It is so much better having spikes on both the ball of your foot and the heel. And the cradle for the front of the shoe keeps the spikes from falling off.

Ice Cleats don’t hold up
When you stand on the ice in one place, the spikes freeze into the ice and pull out of the rubber sole. The spikes are small studs the can pull out easily.

This ice cleats are horrible,I used them a couple times and fell apart everything,don't spend your money in this.

Handy grips for icy conditions
Cleats are available in several sizes, come in a handy drawstring bag. They are more sturdy than previous ones I have bought. A very useful asset for snowy and icy paths.
