I was expecting similar to what I had as a child which was a thick lovely book with beautiful pages and an easy story I could read myself. This is unfortunately thin and it’s absolutely stuffed with words and small pictures to go along.. not very fun for kids to look at and not very easy to follow for little readers.Probably will be sending this back as it’s really not worth close to £12. You’d be better off getting ten individual books from the works than this.

Stories were a bit abrupt in the ending. Lots of none so well known stories. But illustrations lovely

I read this book with my 3 month old girl and she loves it. It’s the perfect size to hold with a baby and it has enough pictures to keep my little one interested. It’s a very simplified version of classic and new stories so it’s perfect for small kids.

Maravilhoso! Eu pensei que fosse capa dura ( o que não é), mas não perde nada por isso. Tem ilustrações lindas em todas as páginas, o texto é bem legível. Enfim, maravilhoso.

Si tratta di una raccolta di fiabe classiche in lingua, arricchite da piacevoli illustrazioni. il libro inizia con un'interessante introduzione che spiega l'origine delle fiabe in esso contenute. Da leggere come "bedtime stories" ai propri bambini per avvicinarli all'inglese o anche come ausilio per un insegnante di questa disciplina che voglia arricchire le proprie lezioni con qualche lettura piacevole e già cara ai bambini!
