In excellent condition. Came with a new screen protector. Battery was 90% as would be expected with phone of this age.

Very happy with my refurbished iPhone 14 Pro. The iPhone arrived the very next day of the order being placed. It was securly packed in a customised bubble wrap packet. On unboxing the package, it was a pleasant surprise to find a phone that looked and felt almost brand new - absolutely no blemishes on the body. But best of all, the battery health was 100 percent (really was not expecting that!). Within an hour, the data from the old phone was migrated to the iPhone 14 Pro and it was up running perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased, it was like having a brand new phone in my hands again. The screen is perfect, the cameras faultless and buttons click smoothly. A big thank you to Renewed Mobile UK for their next day delivery and providing an excellent item. This is definitely the go to seller for refurbished phone. I highly recommend them.

I had this phone for three months. Towards the end of July I noticed the phone was getting rather hot. I took the back cover off and noticed the back panel was cracked. I found this odd as I had not dropped the phone. Since it was not interfering with the actually workings of the phone, I (stupidly) decided to ignored it and put the protective cover back on. A few days later the phone started turning off by itself and I then noticed the front screen was protruding out of the frame. I got in touch with URcouk and arranged to send the phone back. Cut a long story short, they refused to fix the phone, claiming the warranty was void because I damaged the phone. Amazon took their side. Of course, it’s my word against theirs and they refusing to even acknowledge that this is a well known issue with certain iPhone models. I’ve wasted £500. This could happen to you, think carefully before buying from this company. I should also note that Amazon themselves have been extremely unhelpful too.

Great phone, love how it looks. It came in pristine clean condition and works perfectly. However, the maximum battery capacity is only at 85% so I’m a bit annoyed about that since I expected it to be higher than that. Other than that it good.

Delivered quickly and well packaged. Condition was excellent with good battery life. Much cheaper than buying new. I’ve bought multiple items through the refurbished or renewed program and have never had an issue.

I purchased excellent condition: Good quality BUT cosmetic damage like left over glue left on rims and scratches on the cameras.

I bought this phone in Excellent condition and it seems to have no damage visible as if I've bought a premium.Everything works as it should, Battery health is 86% which is as expected but could be better.Like my old iphone that i bought from Amazon renewed, faced lots if problems since its battery health degradation occurred in under a month.This phone has no problems and big thanks to the seller.Its performance is top tier and the colour is the same as the one i chose. Some companies may have less reviews, but they do not always mean they have a bad reputation.One small problem that i tend to face is that its sim tray is not fitted like it should be, one side get fitted in a bit too much, but its not a big concern.
