Any brush, rub or touch was agony. Bedtime was the worst! I went online to find relief and found this was recommended. I was hesitant to spend so much, but finally relented. So glad I did. A little of this made it where I could sleep. Any time I'm in pain, a little makes it bearable. It doesn't completely take away all pain, but enough to make it tolerable. A small note. It is greasy. Mixed with sweat makes it gooey and itchy which is why I tried to isolate to nighttime.
