I haven’t used it I can’t get the wax to melt the instructions are not in English. I found some on line and followed them boiling water put the cup in and wait 2 min nothing. I tried them in the microwave and my microwave started smoking. I just gave up

Absolutely the worst wax kit ever, it came in chinese directions. But picture said to microwave for 2 min. It took more than 8 min. And wax fell apart while trying to place it in nose and never did it set to do the job it is supposed to do.
