My Skin: Pale, dry, sun-damaged, sensitive, prone to rednessMy AM Routine: Wash/exfoliate with facial cleaner, serum, moisturizer with SPF (or additional sunscreen if not contained in moisturizer)My PM Routine: Wash with Micellar Water/reusable cotton round, serum, heavier overnight moisturizerThis product came with a foil seal over the dispenser and had a generous expiration date on both the box and the tube (which I appreciate because who keeps the box around for reference?). I used it during my AM routine after my serum and before my sunscreen.PROS: Consistency is more gel-like than most creams which made application even easier. There was little to no scent so it should be fine for those sensitive to strong smells. I used about a dime-sized amount and it was absorbed quickly into my skin leaving it feeling soft and supple. Zero stickiness even immediately after use. A little goes a long way. I don't have any kind of blemishes but I do get some redness in some areas of my face at times and this cream actually seemed to help reduce that.CONS: I wish the tube was a bit larger for the price but the product is of such a high quality, I didn't remove any stars for that.

I like the idea of a neck and eye cream combo, as it saves packing space when traveling if you can use one product for more than one thing. However, my one complaint is the size of the product for the price. If it were just an eye cream, the price would make sense since you only use a pea size amount for the eye area. But you use a significant amount to cover your neck area and will go through it pretty fast.The cream is white and a light consistency. It doesn’t have any strong scent to it, which I like since I’m using it around the eye. I find that it does well with my sensitive skin. It hydrates nicely and looks good under my makeup too.When using it on my neck, I only target the areas that have fine lines, to save on the product. And then use a regular moisturizer to go over the rest of the area. I find this works to best utilize the product to target the areas more susceptible to wrinkles.

I am starting to use Cica creams as my skin is changing in my 50's. I have some redness and an uneven skin tone on my face. This cream came sealed and in nice packaging/tube. For the price, it does appear to be a high end cream. I used this cream in two ways - at night before I went to bed (to see how it handled maintaining my moisture level during the night), and also as a moisturizer and redness diffuser prior to applying my primer and makeup in the morning. I have to say that I was pleased with both types of applications. My face in the morning after sleeping was still moisturized and I did see a difference in my very fine lines on my face. This Cica cream also worked as a moisturizer and redness diffuser under my makeup. I do have to say that the redness was not completely reduced after applying this cream, but I did appreciate how smooth my skin was and how easily my makeup went on. All in all, this is a beautiful cream and does what it describes. It's a little pricey, but I did appreciate the excellent seal on the tube and the nice packaging.

I love this product. It’s super light and doesn’t have a scent. I use it every night and it leaves my skin super soft.

I like how this one tube of cream can be used on my neck and the delicate skin around my eyes. This cream absorbs nicely and layers well with other skincare and makeup products. It does not irritate my sensitive eyes, and it does not clump up on my skin. It provides moderately moisturizing effects.

I was a little skeptical of this combination eye/neck cream, but I’ve been using it on both with no issues. It has a consistency like many other tube eye creams and spreads easily. It absorbs fairly quickly and does not leave behind any stickiness or greasiness. I have sensitive skin and this does not bother or irritate it. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated. I haven’t seen any changes in firmness or lines, but I suspect any changes in those areas would result from more sustained, long-term use. It’s on the expensive side, but it’s overall a nice product and particularly great for people looking for multiple-use products to streamline their products and routine.
