Good value for money
Bought 4 of these chairs, easy to assemble when you watch the video on Utube. One of the chairs had misaligned holes, called Barry at Networld who answered straight away and sent us a replacement received the following day by lunch time... Impressive Customer Service, thank you Barry. Once assembled you have a sturdy, solid wood lovely and confortable chair. Bolts and dowels no glue. I'd never seen Rubber wood before, it is really nice, really like the grain. They are lackered light oak, go well with my oak table and so easy to clean. They even have plastic tips on feet so easy to move about and don't scratch the floor. Good weight to them. All considered and with the exceptional Customer Service these are great value for money. Would definitely recommend and already have, both the chairs and Networld

Lovely chairs
The chairs arrived promptly and the quality is good. As I had 6 to make I thought after the first one, I would be an expert!,not so. The only thing missing from these chairs is a decent set of instructions. There is one A4 sheet of paper with instructions on but they are far from clear. The issue is with the different size pieces of wood for the supports. The job would be very simple if they were maybe labelled as to which bit goes where. It was mainly guess work as there are 2 chairs in each box and all the parts are mixed together. Took me hours to make the 6 chairs over a few evenings. Difficult for one person too. Really needs 2 pairs of hands. Now I have them in place, I am really pleased with them and I think they are very good value for money and they seem very sturdy. I would definately purchase more of them and recommend them to anyone wanting strong yet cheap chairs. Patience and perseverance necessary when assembling !! :-)

Superb Chairs
Bought eight of these to replace worn kitchen table chairs . For the price I was not anticipating what good quality they would be . Yes they come in flat pack for self assembly , but as witnessed by other reviewers they are not difficult to assemble .What struck me is how well machined they are with everything lining up perfectly during assembly . The wood looks lovely , has some nice grain and is very smooth to the touch . The fact that they are hardwood is a bonus and although they have not been exposed to the wear and tear of a busy household yet they appear to be extremely solid .They also have a sort of simple elegance and the seat is quite deep and roomy .Well chuffed with these chairs and they are a steal for the price . I would recommend them to anybody .

Good value price considered but not the most comfortable chair
After reading good reviews I purchased 6 of these chairs, and in support of those reviews I mostly agree, yes, they are very easy to assemble; if you've had some flat pack assembly experience then these will be a piece of cake to put together. I also recommend using some wood glue, so when assembled they are nice solid chairs and not bad looking either. However none of the reviews mentioned the comfort factor. I don't want to be too unfair because what does one expect for £ 19.95? Admittedly I am comparing them to my old spindle back chairs, so now with the added benefit of comparison; these Bistro chairs are very upright and square, so you pretty much need to sit very upright and square. So with that said, I would have to say fair value, but not incredible. These are fine for around the breakfast table before rushing off to work, but if you want dining comfort, then I would recommend you spend a bit more money or you could be slightly disappointed. I will however give 10/10 for delivery, ordered Sunday night arrived Tuesday afternoon!

not "that" difficult to assemble, but poor instructions
I was nearly put off from buying these because so many reviewers said that they were impossible to put together. I would agree, the instructions are really poor, but I have done many flat packs, and the system are all very similar. So If you've done a few before, you should be ok. If not, you will need some help. But they are a sturdy product, and worth the working out. It's a chair! and there are 7 pieces. They are better than most for the price, and seem sturdy.Clearer instructions could be easily supplied, so why aren't they? A number of bad reviews mentioned an almost helpful YouTube video, but I did not need to check it out.So don't be put off.

Good, Solid Chairs
Ordered six, they arrived flat pack as expected.Takes a bit of patience to put together. Documentation is just a parts list and simple line drawings showing the stages of assembly. For anyone else who tries to put them together, read the whole assembly sheet first then:1. Separate out the two longer bolts (part E) used for the front rail2. Identify the front, rear and middle rails. The front and rear rails have extra holes on the thin edge to put the screws through in order to attach the seat, the shorter of these is the front rail, the rail with only two barrel nut holes is the middle rail. When I fitted the seat I found it best to turn the frame upside down on another chair or table, put the four screws in and turn them until the tip started to appear through the rails, position the seat, there is a bit of play left to right, holding firmly start screwing to fix the seat onto the frame.Other than that they are beautiful chairs and very solid, time will tell with use if they get wobbly with use good thing is you can tighten them up if they do.

Excellent, well built, sturdy product
Ordered 8 chairs - all 8 arrived the following day - well done to all concerned! A couple of faulty nut parts were easily and unhesitatingly replaced with a quick email to Harringay (many thanks Barry!) Product is a good weight, and very sturdy. Well-nigh impossible to build incorrectly - if the parts do not fit together easily and tightly, then you probably have a part in the wrong place. You do need to keep your wits about you but it's not overly complicated. The only real effort is screwing the 4 screws into the actual seat itself - that takes a lot of power to get the seat really tightly onto the frame. All in all, a sturdy, well designed chair. Highly recommended at the price.
