Unfair experience
Received all the chocolates are melted and exploded in the box

Excellent and delicious
Got it on sale. Product was well packaged but barely survived 90s weather, just started to melt. Still very happy with my purchase and Fast delivery! Will buy again

Taste terrific
Arrived somewhat melted but was assured they were safe upon refrigeration. Later temoved one to sample after allowing it to rest at room temperature. Wow. These things are really tasty. I cannot imagine how you could improve their taste and the size is right.

For a brand with the reputation of Lindt, these tarnish that.
I was planning on handing these out at work, but due to some issues (which are 100% on Amazon) I don't feel comfortable doing so and potentially letting my coworkers down. There is chocolate on the outside of every piece accept for the pistachio. Most of the truffles show signs of age i.e. whitening of the chocolate (chocolate bloom). All in all this is low quality considering the cost and reputation of the company. Good thing I decided to attach photos. This exposes the fact that a fair portion of the truffles have melted inside the box. Edit: This is on Amazon. They are selling old stock that should have been stored better. The replacement I received also has chocolate bloom and are on the less than stellar side of delicious.

Good price, nice selection
Tbh I got this for myself because I wanted to try the pistachio variety and I hadn't seen it anywhere except in bulk. My chocolates were fresh and the chocolate unmelted. These do have a low melt point though so don't keep them near a heat vent. I loved the pistachio. It has a nice nutty flavor without being overwhelming. Unlike some gift boxes this wasn't any more expensive than buying the standard packaging. It is a pretty gift box and I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase this to gift.
