Yes,there are two knobs on rear . When Orange Knob turn to”Max”means the Voice-Active mode,the Blue knob “MIN”means voice sensitivity is the lowest，"MAX" means voice sensitivity is the highest. When Orange Knob turn to“Min”means the Auto mode,the Blue knob “MINI” means flash rate is the Slowest，"MAX" means flash rate is the fastest.
