Good quality suitcase it is 28" rather than 29" in description. Overall good, it came with couple of scratches from the manufacturer but not a big deal- airport is throwing cases around anyways. Comes with instructions how te set the lock

Internal compartment zip broke on first trip. External zip tab broken off. Notice as it came through security. Not sure if opened on purpose by security or damaged in transit. Not the cheapest suitcase so wouldn't expect this on the first outing. No confidence with the main zip, but will endeavour with it. This was one suitcase out of 2 I bought. Other than that a good product.....

Only taken on two trips and it is badly dented and damaged already.Disappointed to say how much it cost.Can't see it lasting another two trips.I do not recommend.

We bought two cases based on the price and we are suitably impressed with them. For the regular package tour of 20kg allowance they are great and can easily get that amount in. The low mark for sturdiness is due them been flimsy but we didn’t have any issues and they stood up to the job on the first trip. Time will tell how many trips they manage. So far so good.

Lightweight and well made which is what I wanted.

The case is light and very easy to move.im a wheelchair user and I found this to be ideal even for me.i would definitely recommend it to anyone. Will definitely buy another one

Case is light and manouverable. Doesn't feel like it will stand test of time but I guess you get what you pay for. Combination lock failed after its first trip so had to buy a separate lock and is still functionable.
