Silver Brush Limited Black Velvet Round Watercolour Paintbrush, Size 8

Love this brush!! Would definitely recommend it for quality and getting consistent results every time. Keeps it's shape after cleaning, soft bristles, yet a reasonably firm feel so control is easy. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it as I feel it will last well.

I have been interested in watercolours for just over a year now and I've always been quite pleased using my Winsor and Newton Cotman brushes and I have seen many people recommend these brushes but I've had trouble locating a UK supplier and wasn't keen on the idea of paying the taxes from the U.S.I was pleasantly surprised to see them on Amazon and the price did not put me off as I knew these brushes were of high quality and I was definitely not disappointed.After using many other brushes and did not think using an expensive brush would not give you noticeable benefits straight away but I was wrong. These brushes are absolutely incredible and the amount of water the hold is beyond anything I've ever used before and the way it releases the pigment onto the paper is such a fascinating experience and I recommend if you're into taking your art to the next level I would not hesitate to use these brushes.Don't be put off by the price as you will not be disappointed.

I have quite a few brushes mainly W&N series 7 Had seen many reviews about these brushes so took the plunge and I’m not disappointed It has a very fine tip and holds a lot of paintIf you are hesitating don’t , just go for it. It’s an outstanding brush and a pleasure to use 🤩

Nice brush. Holds acrylic paint well, releases it onto plastic miniatures in a neat, controlled way. It’s become slightly hooked, but that’s an issue I can sort.

From size 6 and up, those are excellent paint brushes in my opinion (I own a few : 2-4-6-8-10-20).I have a selection of sizes, they can load a lot of liquid, they keep their shape, they are very pointy too so they allow a large line variation and marks ranges.They are quite comfortable to use and pretty as well.

I absolutely love this brush. I have a top of the range Winsor and Newton Series 7 sable Kolinsky brush which was a very expensive purchase for me but I find this brush much easier to use and performs a lot better. Even though it is only a size 4 it holds a LOT of water but it holds its shape. I’m relatively new to watercolour and I have noticed the difference that this has made to my painting. I also recently purchased a size 12 which I am also equally impressed with. I’ve now ordered four more brushes from the range I’m that impressed with them. I follow a lot of artists on social media and noticed that a lot of them use these brushes and now I know why.

Magnifique pinceaux. La qualité est excellente. Bonne rétention d' eau, pointe fine qui permet de faire des détails. Ne perd pas de poile. Totalement conquise je recommande vivement
