The Positives.Excellent product, well thought out and presented, easy to use. The format should be used for so many other technical/training/manuals and reference manuals.The Negatives.Only one so far. VSM, Value Stream Mapping is dealt with much better by Wikipedia. It separate's out Information Flows, Material Flows and Lead Time Ladder in a much more concise and useful way.

Great book to give you structure to your projects, Quentin is an absolute star of the six sigma world, well worth purchasing, I have always bought the updated versions.

As a beginner to L6S this really is a fantastic tool. Well presented, informative and supported by easy to follow examples. An essential for anyone using L6S.

Widely known as best book you can get in this area. Up to date and useful.

Honestly I don't find much info needed in this book what I find on internet.Through the whole year of study I looked into it maybe 6 times and every time couldn't find what I needed though my tutor told me it's necessary to buy it.
