This supplement is an excellent product, and I appreciate the quality that UMZU Daily E provides with their tocotrienols. I'm pleased that these tocotrienols are extracted from natural palm fruit rather than PUFA'S. Tocotrienols move 50 times faster in cell membranes compared to tocopherol, providing more efficient lipid antioxidant activity. This makes them more effective at protecting the body's cells from oxidative stress.The bottle contains 30 capsules, and I take one capsule with dinner, providing a one-month supply. The capsules are easy to swallow with water and have no side effects or unpleasant taste so far. Tocotrienols are reputed to reduce the signs of aging, help wounds heal quickly, reduce hyperpigmentation, and aid in lowering bad cholesterol. However, it may take a few months before I can assess the results fully. I'll update the review after I finish this bottle of the supplement.

I don’t understand why this product never stays up on Amazon. I feel like it’s always sold out immediately after using this product for at least a week numbers went down can’t find any more help.
