The information on the bottle states Vitamin C ( Ascorbic Acid ) 740.0 mg per Fluid Ounce. Hope this helps.

Vitamins: A, D3, E, C, B-12, B1, B2,B6, Niacinamide, D-Pantothenic Acid, K, Folic Acid, Biotin and Choline.

Q: What happens if they get too fat and they can't fly?

Vitamins don’t make any kind of creatures fat. Even with all of that sugary nectar that hummingbirds drink, I’ve never seen a fat hummer. There are more important things to be concerned about, such as making sure to check that there is no mold growing in any part of the feeder.
