It say burn for 5 hours, can I blow it out like a candle to stop it burning and relit it another time again?

You can't blow it out like a candle because there isn't a flame - it just smoulders. You can put it out though by quenching the smouldering tip in water or by breaking it off and letting it burn out on its own.

How do you light these?

Hold a match to the coil end on the outside. It takes about a minute or so to catch and it doesn't exactly light but produces smoke. You then let it smoulder until the entire coil has ended and turns to dust.

What do I need to do as mine has arrived with the bottom part broken?

Send it back they should replace it
