Will this dispenser hold enough filtered water for a family that drinks a lot every day?

Yes. Our 53-cup dispenser holds enough for daily family drinking and refills straight from your tap. Fill the top chamber to just below the divider line where the filters sit, because filling above it can overflow.

Why does my TDS meter not read lower after filtering with this alkaline dispenser?

Our pH001 filters are designed to raise pH up to 7-8, while keeping minerals like calcium and magnesium, so a TDS meter still reads those minerals. They target chemicals and heavy metals, and improve taste and smell.

Can I use the filtered water for coffee, cooking and a sparkling water maker?

Yes. Our alkaline water suits everyday drinking, cooking and coffee, and works in sparkling water makers too. Every fill is filtered water with pH raised up to 7-8 and minerals like calcium and magnesium kept in.

What contaminants does the filter remove?

PH001 filter removes heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, iron) and chlorine for clean water, while the alkaline filter raises pH creating healthy water with superior water quality.

How long do the three filters last before I need replacements?

Each PH001 has a filter life of 2-6 months or 96 gallons (1500 cups), with filter performance varying based on usage and water quality. Replace your filter when water taste changes, or after 2-3 months to keep enjoying clean water with great taste.
