Would I be able to trim the length to fit a resistance band ground plate (19 inch)?

You should be able to trim this with the correct tools and put it on a ground plate.

What is the best way to wash this item? Mine came quite dusty and I wanted to wash it.

I would recommend using a soft brush or even just a lint roller! Personally I don’t clean mine because I'm gonna step right back on it.
