I was initially pleased with the Switch as it looked sleek and was easy to install, especially with no neutral wire required.After working fine for just a couple of days, the switch started behaving erratically. It would work intermittently, randomly failing to respond to touch, the app, or Alexa voice commands. Over time, the problem got worse until it eventually stopped working altogether.Resetting, reconnecting to WiFi, and reconfiguring the app made no difference. Having to troubleshoot a wall switch constantly defeats the whole purpose of “smart” home automation. I would not recommend this product and regret purchasing it.

Great device, shame there is a logo on the corner on the actual product…

جميل المنتج اخذته لوحده وعندي مجموعه من قبل في البيت صار هذا المنتج على برنامج مختلف عن المجموعه القديمه الي عندي في البيت انتبهو من هذي النقطه ، لاكن المنتج جميل ولو اخذتو كامل المجموعه من نفس المنتج افضل لتوحيد البرنامج

ركبه لي كهربائي وما استغل بشكل صحيح ، اذا شغلت لمبتين تشتغل ، لكن اذا شغلت ثلاثة تطفي كلها ، رغم ان التوسيل نفس الكتيب لكن ما ادري ايش المشكلة ، تاكد ان تمديدات الاسلاك مطابقة قبل تشتري
