Good fan
This is a good low speed fan for my purposes. I would purchase again when needed.

Good for the price.
Although I am giving it a one-star review they worked just fine. However they don't have even close to the stated rpm. I read between 700 and 3k although I only saw them spun that 3k a single time. The air flow is very light so I wouldn't rely on these to solely cool your ESC.
