I like C-4 as a nice tasting energy-boost for workouts. I dilute it 50-50 with water and drink it in during workouts (don't want too much caffeine). It's a good product. Buying a 12-pack wasn't a dramatic saving, just a wee bit cheaper than in the stores. Overall good !
